Desi Divas is an unregistered charity and does not have a registered charity number. Ticket payments purchase admission and are not Gift Aid donations. All 200 places are available from one shared capacity. Each individual ticket uses one place and a table of ten uses ten places. Sales close at 19:30 GMT on 7 November, or earlier if sold out. A traditional Indian meal served at your table is included in the ticket price. Soft drinks are included on the table. Other drinks are purchased separately. Adult-rate admissions aged 11+ cost £37.50 before the general booking fee; children aged 0–10 cost £25, including under-fives; a table of ten aged 11+ costs £350. The fee is 1.5% of the ticket subtotal after discounts, rounded half-up to the nearest penny, plus 20p once per paid booking, regardless of payment method. Complimentary bookings are free. Single-package totals are £38.26, £25.58 and £355.45 respectively; the complete basket total is shown before payment. Each admission is named. Changes, refunds and event disruption
Customer cancellation
If the organiser cancels the event, the amount paid for the affected booking will be refunded, including its booking fee. A voucher is optional and does not replace a refund without your agreement. Refunds are returned to the original payment method. These terms do not limit your statutory rights.
Postponement and material changes
If the organiser postpones the event or makes a significant change to what you booked, you may accept the change or request a full refund of the affected booking, including the booking fee. This right is not limited by the voluntary customer-cancellation deadline. Contact ticket support if the proposed change does not suit you. These terms do not limit your statutory rights.
Refunds
You may request a full refund, including the booking fee, until 19:30 GMT on Saturday 7 November 2026. Contact ticket support with your booking reference. A refund for selected admissions includes their proportionate allocation of the booking fee, with deterministic penny rounding, and must preserve the paying-adult requirement for any remaining under-18 guests. This voluntary cancellation deadline does not limit refunds due if the organiser cancels or significantly changes the event, or your statutory rights.
Transfers and name changes
Ticket transfers and guest name changes are free until 19:30 GMT on Saturday 7 November 2026. Use your secure booking-management link or contact ticket support. Replacement guests must meet the ticket age rules, and any booking containing under-18s must retain a paying guest aged 18 or over. No additional booking fee applies to a transfer or name change.
Admission, conduct and food
Admission and conduct
Each guest needs a valid named ticket. Adult-rate and table admissions are for ages 11 and over; child admissions are for ages 0–10, including under-fives. Any booking containing a guest under 18 must include a paying guest aged 18 or over in the same booking. The adult-rate price boundary of 11 does not make a guest an accompanying adult. Keep this accompaniment requirement when requesting a transfer or partial refund. Bring your issued ticket for check-in; contact ticket support before the event if you need help accessing or presenting it.
Food, dietary requests and allergens
A traditional Indian meal served at your table is included in the ticket price. Soft drinks are included on the table. Other drinks are purchased separately. Guests may submit dietary needs and allergies through their secure attendee requirements form for the catering team to review. Wait for individual confirmation before relying on a special meal. Submitting a requirement does not confirm that it can be accommodated or guarantee an allergen-free environment.
